Sticky Masala Chai | 100g | Spice Dunes
Makes 10 - 30 cups! (Depends on brew method and milk used.)
Sticky Masala Chai by Spice Dunes AKA Annabelle in Te Whanganui-a-Tara, Aotearoa
Masala means ‘spice/spiced,’ Chai means ‘tea.’
This is a lovingly curated mix of black tea, lightly toasted and crushed whole spices, and fresh ginger held together by raw New Zealand honey. Yum.
We use honey provided to us by local beekeepers, raw and unadulterated, as it should be. The specific type of honey can vary from batch to batch, depending on what is available at the time. We always let you know which honey has been used for your chai, so you can attribute any slight flavour variances to the different bees or flowers which contributed to each batch!
For the sake of our beloved and only planet, we use packaging that will break down in your home compost.
