Shipping and Returns
How long does my order take to ship?
We will aim to ship within 5 business days. Please allow an extra day for rural delivery. If you require a quick time frame - get in touch with Finn & we’ll see what we can do.
Orders received on the weekend or public holidays will be shipped within 5 business days, depending on the size of the order.
All orders are processed with NZ Post and sent tracked.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed timeframes.
During sale and holiday periods, orders may be subject to delay. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be processed and dispatched. If you have requested a large amount of items this may delay your order slightly too.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to your tracking details.
It can take some time for your order to enter their system so if it doesn't show up straight away, please check back later.
If you have any issues regarding the delivery of your parcel, please contact NZ Post on 0800 268 743 and quote your tracking number.
Return Policy
We appreciate it can be hard to tell if it is exactly the right item for you when shopping online! If you have changed your mind or would like to exchange your purchase, this isn't a problem. Please contact us using the online form and quote your order number. We accept exchanges for credit, refund or replacement. All shipping costs are non-refundable and return costs are the customer's responsibility. Please contact us before returning your item.
Oh no! If your order has arrived faulty or damaged please fill out our online contact form explaining the situation. If we have a replacement available we will send one out at no charge. In the event that we cannot supply a replacement, we will offer you credit or a refund.
